Presidents Cup Teams and Captains' Picks Announced (October 8-11 in South Korea)

This year's President's Cup tournament will be played October 8-11 in Songdo IBD, Incheon City, South Korea. The tournament will be played on the relatively new 7,400+ yard Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea. Jay Haas will captain the US squad and Nick Price will lead the International Team. The top ten players on each team secured a place on their respective teams through points acquired during the regular season leaving two Captains' Picks for Haas and Price.

Yesterday Jay Haas selected Phil Mickelson who has an outstanding match-play resume and his son Bill Haas, a former FedEx Cup champion. Nick Price chose Sangmoon Bae from South Korea and Steven Bowditch from Australia.
